These terms are the agreement between you and us, the team running this service. Please read them before you sign up.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use it for a company or other organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to. You must be at least 16.

Your account

Give us accurate details, keep your password and passkeys safe, and tell us if someone else gets into your account. You're responsible for what's done with your account and with your team's API keys.

Teams

A team's owners and admins decide who joins it, what members can do, and which plan it's on. What a team stores belongs to the team: when you leave a team, its data stays with it.

Your content

You keep every right to what you upload and create. You allow us to store, process, and show it only to run the service for you and your team.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, harm others, or share content you have no right to share. Don't upload malware, try to reach accounts or data that aren't yours, overload the service, or get around its limits, rate limits, or plan quotas. We may suspend or close accounts and teams that do.

Plans and payment

Paid plans and credit packs are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles payment, taxes, and invoices under its own buyer terms. Subscriptions renew each month or year until you cancel, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. If a payment fails, the team keeps its plan for a grace period, then moves to the free plan. Prices, plans, and what they include can change; we tell you before a change applies to a subscription you already have.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment, through the link on your Paddle receipt. Credits that have been spent can't be refunded. Deleting a team ends its subscriptions at once, without a refund for the rest of the period.

Ending your use

You can delete your account or team at any time from its settings. We keep it for 30 days, in case you change your mind, then delete it and its files for good. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and tell you why unless the law forbids it.

Warranty and liability

We work hard to keep the service running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Placeholder State, Country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll email you about important changes before they take effect; if you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
